§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definition of Terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their valid version at the time of the order.

Consumer" means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB)

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our Internet shop https://www.easyfoil.eu .

(3) The presentation of the goods in our Internet shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer for him to conclude a purchase contract.

The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. If the deadline expires without success, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided for in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Add to Cart" buttons
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
6) Rechecking or correcting the respective entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "place order" or "buy" button

The consumer can, before submitting the order by clicking the "place order" or "buy" button, go back to the page on which the customer's information is entered and correct input errors by clicking the "back" button contained in the internet browser used by the consumer. or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not yet represent acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment in advance, cash on delivery, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, he is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract. If we deliver by cash on delivery, the purchase price claim becomes due upon receipt of the goods.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place within 5 working days at the latest. The deadline for delivery begins on the day following the payment order to the bank instructed to transfer the payment in the case of payment in advance, and on the day following the conclusion of the contract in the case of all other payment methods. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a sales contract involving shipment.

§5 Retention of Title

We reserve ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

Excluded from this are items that are specially manufactured for you according to customer specifications. (§312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB)
This includes, for example, our EASYFOIL complete sets. These are only manufactured after your order and are provided with special serial numbers.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§8 Warranty
